This young woman came from South America to see Dr. Erlich because of an overly prominent nose and deficient chin. Using a closed rhinoplasty technique as well as an "intra-oral" chin implant technique, the facial proportion was beautifully enhanced, demonstrating the importance of the chin in a "balanced profile".
