This young woman from New Jersey was unhappy with the shape of her nose. Dr. Erlich performed a closed rhinoplasty as well as an intra-oral chin augmentation. The result shows how just a small nasal reduction and a small chin enlargement can create a beautiful balance between the facial features.This was performed outpatient in our Manhattan facility.
